Our Mission is to provide a highly secure cost effective solution to every patient. The OMR solutions will be a  patient-focused, centralized medical information system, as well as securely encrypted using a new algorithm to prevent hacking, identity theft, and medical fraud. The system will be available 24 / 7 worldwide and translated into many languages. Providers will have free access through either an OMR native interface or through a secure programming interface that will allow the patient data to appear within other electronic healthcare software after proper authentication. The system will keep an audit trail of accesses so the patient will know who is viewing their data. The patient will be able to insure the data is correct.

   It is difficult for patients to share information with different medical care providers.
   Many times they have to bring hard copy printouts of their entire medical history from one   health care provider to another.
   This hard copy medical information is often scanned into the database records of new medical care providers and is not easily searchable.
   Each health care facility stores data differently with software that is incompatible with other health care facilities.
   Because a patient’s data is stored in such a fragmented, inconsistent, and varied way, it is open to hacking, identity theft, and medical fraud.
   Providers are still faxing data to each other.
   There is no easy way for a patient to see if their medical data is correct.
In order to do so, they must visit multiple websites (portals): PCP portal, Specialist portal, hospital portal,  health insurance portal, Rx portal, dental insurance portal.

Our Medical Records is a non profit highly secure service that empowers the patient to improve healthcare by taking control of their health information and making it available to all of their providers.
